Call Back Music
 
Come to the auditions with a well-prepared, well-rehearsed piece of your choice.

Vocal auditions will happen in the chorus room. You will audition in front of the director, the music director, the associate music director, and the stage managers. Your song does not need to be by from the show but should put you in the world of the play. Please have a physical copy of your music for
Mr. Singer who will accompany auditions.

Acting auditions will happen in the chorus room. You will audition in front of the director and stage managers. Your audition will consist of you presenting a monologue on stage. A monologue is performed by one person. You can be speaking to the audience, an imaginary partner, the world, a higher power...

Please come to the audition at least 20 minutes early. You will be called into the audition and asked to introduce yourself and your piece. This is known as "slating." It is as much a part of your audition as your performance. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions. 
​
Rehearsals will begin the week after Winter Break. Rehearsals begin shortly after school ends - about 3:15 and go until about 5:30 - 6:00. The weekend before the play, there will be technical rehearsals. You will be expected to be available on both of those dates.

Hadestown will perform on April 4 at 7:30, April 5 at 7:30 and April 6 at 2:00
